Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Peel and core the apples, then slice them into thin strips, about 1/4-inch thick.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, and sugar.
  • Dip each apple strip into the beaten egg, then coat in the flour mixture.

Cooking

  • Place the apple fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  • Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with brown sugar if desired.
  • Serve warm with caramel or chocolate dipping sauce.

Notes
