Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir the chicken into the buffalo sauce until well coated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, the egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Layering and Baking

  • In a large baking dish, layer the buffalo chicken mixture, cooked lasagna noodles, and ricotta mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serving

  • Let the dish cool slightly before slicing into burger-sized portions. Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.

Notes

For added spice, consider adding jalapeños or crushed red pepper flakes. Experimenting with different cheeses like pepper jack can change the flavor profile.
