Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the entire surface of the dough with olive oil.
  • Evenly sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper over the dough.
  • Generously distribute the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the dough.
  • Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into strips about 1 inch wide.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, try adding a bit of red pepper flakes to your seasoning mix. If you prefer thicker or thinner breadsticks, adjust the thickness of the rolled dough accordingly before cutting. Experiment with different cheeses to create unique flavors.
