Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, then sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
