  • 2.25 pounds ground beef Cooked and drained
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese Cut into chunks
  • 8 oz cream cheese Cut into chunks
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup Canned
  • 10 oz Rotel tomatoes with chilies Canned
  • 12 oz bowtie noodles Cooked according to package instructions

Preparation

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and transfer to a crockpot.
  • Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese into chunks and add them to the crockpot along with the cream of chicken soup and Rotel tomatoes. Stir to combine.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • About 20 minutes before serving, cook the bowtie noodles according to package instructions, drain, and add them to the crockpot. Stir to coat the noodles in the cheesy mixture.

Serving

  • Serve warm, optionally alongside a fresh salad or garlic bread.

Notes

For extra flavor, sauté onions and garlic with the ground beef. Use spicier Rotel tomatoes or add jalapeños for more heat. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
