Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Using a spoon, dollop small amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart, and flatten each mound slightly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy.
  • Allow chips to cool on the baking sheet to firm up before garnishing with fresh herbs.

Notes

To enhance flavor, try adding cayenne pepper for heat, or swap the Parmesan for other cheeses like cheddar. Ensure even dollops for uniform baking.
