  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce for a hint of sweetness and spice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil infusing a nutty aroma
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar to balance flavors
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar offering brightness
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced brings aromatic depth
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced for a fresh, zesty kick
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or water establishing a fluid base for the sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional) to thicken the sauce if desired

Serving

  • Serve the saucy ramen in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Consider adding protein such as cooked chicken, tofu, or shrimp for a heartier dish. Fresh vegetables like bell peppers or bok choy can enhance nutrition and aesthetics.
