Instructions

Preparation

Baking

  • Toast the rustic bread slices on a baking sheet in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Spoon the mushroom mixture onto each toast, then top with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  • Place back in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
