Ingredients

For the Tzatziki Sauce

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, panko crumbs, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, lemon zest, oregano, coriander, cumin, salt, pepper, egg, and crumbled feta. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Form the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
  • While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by whisking together Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until evenly mixed.

Serving

  • Serve the meatballs hot with tzatziki sauce on the side for dipping.

For best results, ensure your meatballs are uniform in size. Avoid overmixing to prevent dense texture. Cooked meatballs freeze well; store in an airtight container once cooled.
