Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle them generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  • Lay the seasoned fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake them for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Sauce Preparation

  • While the fries are baking, mix together ranch dressing, hot sauce, and honey in a separate bowl.

Final Assembly

  • Once the fries are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the oven.
