Instructions

Preparation

  • Form the mixture into small balls or puffs, approximately 1 inch in size.
  • Roll each puff in breadcrumbs until fully coated.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the puffs in small batches for about 3-4 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Remove the puffs from the oil and let them drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
