Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your 9x13 baking pan using butter to prevent sticking.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and water with the Minute Rice, mixing thoroughly.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into the greased baking pan.
  • Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  • Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup mix generously over the chicken.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil to trap moisture and flavors.

Baking
