Preparation

Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Press down each ball with a fork to create a criss-cross pattern, leaving a small space in the center.
Add a dollop of jelly in the center of each cookie.
