Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat a large cooking pan over medium to medium-low heat.
  • Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Spread basil pesto evenly on the inside of each slice.
  • Layer mozzarella slices on one half of the bread and provolone on the other half.

Cooking

  • Place the buttered side down in the preheated pan.
