  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped Provides sweetness and texture
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks Juicy and aromatic

  • 1/2 cup water To blend smoothly

  • as needed ice cubes For a refreshing chill

Instructions

Preparation

  • Add the peeled and chopped carrot into your blender.
  • Toss in the pineapple chunks and half of the orange.
  • Add the Greek yogurt, followed by the water.
  • If desired, drizzle in the honey.
  • Blend all the ingredients until completely smooth.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again to reach the desired consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of orange or a sprig of mint.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more yogurt or a ripe banana. Swap fruits based on seasonal availability. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
