Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and cook for about 2 minutes until it begins to soften.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 20 seconds until aromatic.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with Italian seasoning, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully browned.
Gradually add the spinach in batches, stirring frequently for about a minute until wilted. Remove from heat and drain excess liquid.
Baking
In a baking dish, combine cooked cauliflower rice, sour cream, butter, and dried basil. Stir until creamy. Add milk if needed.
Fold the beef mixture into the cauliflower rice mixture and combine thoroughly.
Top with shredded cheese, distributing evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 22 to 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Allow to stand for 7 to 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Customize the cheese topping for personal taste. Letting the dish rest enhances flavors.
