Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and cook for about 2 minutes until it begins to soften.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 20 seconds until aromatic.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with Italian seasoning, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully browned.
  • Gradually add the spinach in batches, stirring frequently for about a minute until wilted. Remove from heat and drain excess liquid.

Baking

  • In a baking dish, combine cooked cauliflower rice, sour cream, butter, and dried basil. Stir until creamy. Add milk if needed.
  • Fold the beef mixture into the cauliflower rice mixture and combine thoroughly.
  • Top with shredded cheese, distributing evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 22 to 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Allow to stand for 7 to 10 minutes before serving.
