Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour your bundt or loaf pan.

  • Gently fold in the strawberry purée and optional pink food coloring.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Glazing

  • For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, strawberry purée, and milk or cream until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
