Instructions

Preparation of Filling

  • In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.

Assembling the Toast

  • Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on one side of a slice of bread.
  • Add a handful of sliced strawberries on top, then use another slice of bread to create a sandwich. Press down gently.

Making the Egg Wash

  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and ground cinnamon until fully combined.

Cooking the French Toast

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter, allowing it to melt.
  • Dip each sandwich into the egg wash, ensuring it's fully coated, then place it in the skillet.
