Instructions

Preparation

  • Finely chop the pecans and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Old English cheese spread, grated cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
  • Form the mixture into a ball shape and wrap it tightly in saran wrap. Refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes.

Coating

  • In a shallow dish, mix the chopped pecans and parsley.
  • Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the pecan and parsley mixture. Reshape if necessary.
