Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a springform pan to prevent sticking.
  • Press the graham cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter into the bottom, creating a firm crust.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add the melted white chocolate, mixing well.
  • Incorporate the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is blended in before adding the next.
  • Follow with the vanilla extract and sour cream for added richness.

Baking

  • Pour the mixture over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
